Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan merchandise menswear inventory, sales, gross margin and sell‑through objectives
• Analyze sales and gross margin reviews weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Forecast and analyze sales trends to place orders based on the approved budget
• Research trends and consumer behavior to anticipate demand and buying patterns
• Create and plan product assortment (item, color, size) for each product category following the trend
• Create a pricing strategy by item that maximizes sales and gross margin
• Propose weekly and monthly promotions to the marketing team
• Analyze sales data to identify fast‑moving and slow‑moving items
• Monitor and analyze brand performance (sales, inventory & product)
• Work with suppliers to negotiate cost, quantity and delivery
• Collaborate with the operations team to maximize sales and gross margin
• Willing to be placed at AEON BSD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• At least 4 years of proven experience as a merchandiser specializing in men’s fashion/apparel
• Strong merchandising acumen with a focus on product development
• Expertise in managing inventory, product allocation and pricing strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
