Job description

Oversee clinical service quality (Poliklinik, Hemodialisis, Dokter Umum).

Manage doctors’ schedules, performance, and recruitment coordination.

Ensure compliance with Kemenkes, BPJS, JKN, and accreditation (SNARS).

Lead patient safety, PMKP, PPI, and quality improvement programs.

Ensure medical documentation, EMR usage, and digital compliance.

Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, lab, radiology, and operational units.

Requirements

Medical Doctor (S1 Kedokteran) with active STR.

Preferably S2 Hospital Management or Magister Kesehatan.

3+ years experience in hospital clinical operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
