Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations department.
• Fluent in English preferred.
• Experience in leading and managing a small team.
• Willing to be placed in Medan (Sumatra Utara).

Responsibilities

• Manage operational activities in Medan office from driver partner acquisition to onboarding.
• Initiate driver acquisition and sticker installation in the Medan Area.
• Monitor drivers' support activities.
• Collaborate with marketing for driver lead generation.
