Job description

Our client is an F&B company. Currently, they are looking for Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze future market needs based on customer insights and develop new business concepts for products and services that address everyday consumer needs.
  • Lead and manage the product development process using the company’s business framework to ensure timely launch in accordance with business flow and regulations, with challenges to accelerate the development process.
  • Provide suggestions in developing a marketing strategy to launch a New Business based on the management point of view (corporate benefits, profit & loss); evaluate and give opinions on the status of the New Business after conducting marketing trials.
  • Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with related departments to ensure development objectives and timelines are achieved.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans for products and services, including business targets and marketing strategies, while monitoring performance and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from any major
  • 5 years of experience as Marketing and Product Development from FMCG.
  • Business English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy's brand and product management (4P, ATL, BTL & Digital Marketing).
