A leading company in the adhesives and construction industry is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive strategies and oversee marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has at least eight years of experience, strong skills in market research, and excellent communication abilities. At least eight (5) years of related work experience, including three (3) years in the same industry (Adhesives/Construction/Chemical/Painting Company).
Marketing knowledge in Modern Trade is preferable.
Strong numeracy skills in working with data analyses.
Very good communication and presentation skills.
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for Marine, Construction Chemical, DIY, and new potential segments within an approved time frame.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and market trends.
Review, analyze, and propose a comprehensive product range and price analysis that suits the specific segments.
Identify market opportunities through Below-The-Line (BTL) and Above-The-Line (ATL) activities.
Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring they align with the overall marketing plan.
Analyze, prepare, and submit monthly reports on business performances, competitive activities, market conditions, concerns, opportunities, and recommendations.
Develop new product launches (coordinate with Marketing Head Office, R&D, Finance, and cross-department).
Plan and manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Conceptualize designs and layouts of merchandising materials, including signage, posters, streamers/banners, brochures, flyers, sales kits, and other materials relevant to the implementation of the approved Marketing plan.
