Overview

Administer all export of goods, ensure compliance to all organizational policies, manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.

Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues (processes, product, shipment, etc.).

Monitor prospective markets in Asia, Europe & USA and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities.

Conduct research and analysis on Market demand, Competitors & Consumer (B2B), consolidate information data into actionable items, reports and presentations.

Measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.

Responsible for operational Marketing Budget and monitor the expenses realization.

Responsibilities

Jobs requirement

• Graduate from D3/S1 in English/Marketing or related background.
