As we grow through events, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives, we're looking for a Marketing Communication who can translate our vision into impactful experiences—bringing the Qiscus brand to life across offline and online events, industry associations, and strategic collaborations.

What You Will Do
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including owned events, co-hosted events, and sponsored events (offline and online).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, partners, and relevant ecosystems.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities such as joint events, forums, content partnerships, or member-exclusive initiatives.
  • Manage event timelines, vendors, logistics, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics (attendance, MQL, cost efficiency).
  • Gather insights from community and partner interactions to inform future campaigns and messaging.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all event, association, and community touchpoints.
What You Will Bring to The Role
  • 2‑4 years of experience in marketing communications, event marketing, or partnership marketing.
  • Proven experience managing offline and/or online events end to end.
  • Experience working with associations, communities, or strategic partners is a strong advantage.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills. Able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology related industries is a plus.
