Job description

As a Marketing Communication professional, you will play a key role in strengthening the brand presence of Artadia Group’s portfolio in Indonesia, including Urbanloft, Artique Objectz, Joseph Joseph, Lund London, Berghoff and other lifestyle brands. You will support the execution of marketing campaigns, manage brand communications, coordinate events, and ensure consistent alignment across all online and offline channels.

You will also work closely with the e-commerce and creative teams to manage KOLs and affiliators, driving impactful collaborations that support sales and brand growth.

1. Campaign Execution & Marketing Activities

Assist in planning and executing monthly marketing campaigns for Artadia Group brands.

Coordinate promotional materials, timelines, and inter-departmental communication.

Prepare campaign performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.

2. Event Coordination & Brand Engagement

Support the organization of events such as showroom activations, designer gatherings, and product showcases.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

Help nurture relationships with designers, architects, and creative communities.

3. Creative Asset Coordination

Prepare clear creative briefs for the creative team.

Ensure visuals and assets meet brand identity guidelines and campaign objectives.

Manage production timelines and follow up to avoid bottlenecks or delays.

Assist in implementing digital ads, email marketing, and online promotions.

Coordinate content requirements with the social media team.

Ensure online activities are aligned with offline events and marketing programs.

5. KOL & Affiliate Management

Identify, shortlist, and collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and content creators.

Manage affiliate partnerships and support performance monitoring with the e-commerce team.

Brief, coordinate, and track KOL content to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Evaluate KOL and affiliate performance regularly, optimizing future collaboration strategies.

6. Partnerships & Collaborations

Identify potential collaboration opportunities with brands, media, designers, and influencers.

Manage basic communication and administrative tasks related to partnerships.

Support brand-to-brand activations to ensure added value for both sides.

7. Budget & Administrative Coordination

Assist in preparing marketing budgets for campaigns and events.

Handle administrative documents such as quotations, vendor coordination, and approval processes.

Track and ensure budget usage matches approved allocations.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in marketing communication, brand marketing, event management, or PR.

Experience handling KOLs, influencers, or affiliate programs is a strong advantage.

Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.

Strong visual sense; experience in premium or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Experience coordinating events is a significant plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Timeliness and accuracy of campaign and event execution.

Quality of coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Growth in engagement, traffic, and leads generated from marketing activities.

KOL and affiliate performance metrics.

Event results: attendance, feedback, and post-event outcomes.

Completeness and accuracy of reporting and documentation.
