Job summary

A leading tire manufacturer in Indonesia seeks an experienced marketing professional to develop retail channels and strengthen market presence. Key responsibilities include managing B2B and B2C performance, leading engagement programs, and overseeing POSM strategies. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and 8–10 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the tire or automotive industry. Qualifications

  • Experience in POSM management, store renovation/retail format projects, and e-commerce channel development.

Job description
Responsibilities

Develop and standardize channel models, store brand guidelines, store renovation plans, and investment package guidelines for retail partners.

Drive channel management policies, dealer engagement programs, and strengthen communication platforms with retailers.

Manage monthly/quarterly sell-in (B2B) and sell-out (B2C) performance, including reporting, analysis, tracking, and promotional planning.

Oversee POSM & merchandise management together with the Brand team, ensuring timely updates, distribution, and reporting.

Support e-commerce and online channel development to strengthen overall market presence.

Conduct monthly market visits and execute quarterly dealer activities and roadshow events.

Drive local loyalty programs to enhance dealer and consumer engagement.

Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, ensuring alignment across ATL, BTL, digital, KOL, content, and trade marketing activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, channel development, trade marketing, or retail marketing (tire or automotive industry preferred).
  • Experience in POSM management, store renovation/retail format projects, and e-commerce channel development.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
