Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that supports brand growth and strengthens market positioning.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and sales teams to enhance brand perception, nurture demand, and accelerate the sales pipeline through both digital and in-person initiatives.
- Lead media relations efforts by adapting global content for local relevance and generating original content to boost brand visibility.
- Clearly communicate the organization's value proposition in the context of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics, identifying the most effective channels and narratives to influence target audiences.
- Source and evaluate opportunities for brand and thought leadership sponsorships at third-party industry events.
- Plan and manage local events aimed at engaging priority market segments and prospective customers, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives with partner organizations where relevant.
- Identify and engage with key industry associations, media outlets, and third-party platforms to expand brand reach and establish thought leadership.
- Work in tandem with the wider marketing team to deliver integrated brand and digital campaigns.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights to enhance future marketing efforts.
- Support content creation for multiple channels, including blogs, social media, and presentations, to increase brand awareness and thought leadership.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, business, and marketing teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to develop innovative marketing approaches that deliver results.
- 8-10+ years of experience managing successful marketing programs, ideally within technology or related sectors, with a focus on targeting specific industries and senior audiences.
- Proven expertise in B2B marketing, particularly in crafting tailored solutions and engaging content that drives customer engagement and sales growth.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and resilience.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with demand generation, account-based marketing, and partnership-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency with contemporary marketing technologies, tools, and best practices, with an aptitude for quick adaptation to internal processes.
- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Skilled in digital marketing and social media tactics to boost brand presence and audience engagement.
