This is a full-time role where you will coordinate property marketing campaigns, support our sales team, and ensure smooth administration across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating property advertising across real estate websites and social media
  • Assisting with the full listing process – brochures, property boards, marketing item orders, and updating listings as sold or withdrawn
  • Supporting sales agents with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Handling daily administration tasks and data entry with accuracy
  • Following company policies and procedures at all times
What We are Looking For
  • Excellent computer skills with strong English grammar and written communication
  • Confident verbal communication skills for phone and online meetings
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
