Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin Translator to facilitate communication and manage document control. The candidate will translate documents and assist in communication between the Taiwan Manager and local staff. A minimum of one year of experience is required, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. An official Mandarin certificate is preferred, and basic understanding of engineering is a plus. The role is based in Greenland International Industrial Center, Central Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Mandarin are essential.
• Basic understanding of Chemical, Production, or Maintenance Engineering is a plus.

Position Overview

This Mandarin Translator position will be specifically assigned to one of the following units: Production (Mixing Unit), Production Management or Maintenance Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between the Taiwan Manager and local staff.
• Translate documents from Head Office or internal sources as needed.
• Manage and maintain company-level document control.
• Oversee document control for unit-specific internal documents.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of working experience as a Mandarin Translator (Fresh Graduate also welcome).
• Having an official Mandarin Certificate such as HSK or TOCFL is much preferred.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Greenland International Industrial Center (Central Cikarang).
• Have good communication skill, especially in Mandarin.
• Understand Mandarin Language, both in writing and listening.
• Basic understanding in Chemical, Production or Maintenance Engineering would be a plus (not a must).
