Plan, create, and manage engaging TikTok content to grow followers and engagement
Develop and execute livestreaming strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
Host or manage TikTok Live sessions (including planning, script, and coordination)
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and livestreams
Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and external partners
Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, tools, and community guidelines
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives
Report on TikTok and livestreaming performance regularly
Requirements:
Proven experience managing TikTok content and/or livestreams
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, trends, and audience behavior
Comfortable in front of the camera (optional but a big plus)
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiar with TikTok analytics and third-party tracking tools
