Rewards & HRIS Manager

Responsibilities
  • Develop, refine, and implement HR compliance policies aligned with national labor regulations and internal company standards.
  • Conduct internal HR compliance audits and prepare audit reports.
  • Review and evaluate HR policies and procedures periodically to improve effectiveness and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Industrial Relations, GA, and HR Operations to ensure consistent policy implementation.
  • Prepare and present regular HR compliance performance reports to senior management.
  • Oversee HR non-compliance cases and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Guide the team in managing HR documentation, personnel audits, and administrative requirements in accordance with labor laws.
  • Support the delivery of HR compliance training for employees across all levels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in HR audit or compliance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor regulations and good HR governance practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with regulators and internal stakeholders.
  • Preferably has experience in logistics, manufacturing, or labor-intensive operational industries.
