About the role
We are seeking an experienced Manager Maintenance to join our highly respected maintenance team at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara' in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. As the Manager Maintenance, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the company's maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient and effective upkeep of our facilities and equipment.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• 3 years experience as Maintenance Manager
• Experienced in Otomotive Manufacturing Plastics
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Programmable Logic Controller
• Total Productive Maintenance/TPM
• Knowledge of Management System
• Corrective and Preventive Action Required/ CPAR & problem solving tools
• Understand the implementation of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015
• Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, Bekasi and join ASAP

Job Description :

• Have a maintenance capability development strategy
• Understand hydraulic and pneumatic working systems
• Material & processing product knowledge in plastic manufacturing
• Mastering the concept of Total Productive Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance
• Understand maintenance for operational and production facilities (mechanical & electrical)
• Understand planning and scheduling indicators such as plan compliance, planning ratio, backlog, stock-out, lead time, maintenance cost etc.
• Understanding of production processes in plastic manufacturing (blow molding machinery, injection machinery, vacuum forming machinery, robotic painting machinery/systems)
• Mastering robotics
