A leading retail company in Indonesia is seeking a Manager of Design Instore Promotion to lead in-store marketing communications. As the Manager of Design Instore Promotion, you will lead the planning and execution of in-store marketing communications by developing annual and monthly promotional concepts, designing visual materials, and coordinating brand communication. This role is responsible for ensuring all promotional and visual design activities—including seasonal themes, ISP materials, branding programs, and design requirements for various sub-brands and channels—are delivered consistently and effectively.
Develop annual and monthly In-Store Promotion (ISP) concepts, including seasonal themes such as Spring, Christmas, and other special events.
Design and coordinate all in-store visual communication materials, including hollow banners, T-banners, hanging ISP materials, wobblers, big banners, and other display assets.
Execute brand communication initiatives, including the implementation of Brand Identity (B.I.), marketing campaigns, and joint promotions with distributors.
Oversee promotional design execution for various brands and sub-brands (LMP, Yorihada, Cheese & Dough, Koffea), as well as for events, partnerships, and banking-related activities.
Develop standardized design templates for promotional materials—covering ISP, wobblers, large banners, social media, TV, and videotron content—to ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate with internal and external teams (marketing, merchandising, store operations, design/printing vendors) to ensure all promotional materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Evaluate the effectiveness of in-store promotions, including design quality, brand identity alignment, and impact on traffic and sales.
Manage the ISP project timeline, from concept planning through material distribution to all stores.
Supervise the production quality of promotional materials, including printing processes, sizing, materials, and in-store installation.
Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Visual Communication Design
minimum of 3 years of experience in In-Store Promotion planning and concept development.
Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proficiency in graphic design and promotional material production.
Strong understanding of brand identity management and creative guidelines.
Experience in project management and vendor coordination.
Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store layout principles.
