Job Description

• Develop And Implement Maintenance Strategies That Optimize Equipment And Infrastructure Performance, Minimize Downtime, And Reduce Costs
• Monitor And Evaluate The Effectiveness Of Maintenance Programs, Identify Areas For Improvement, And Make Recommendations For Changes
• Plan And Coordinate Maintenance Activities, Including Scheduling Of Maintenance Work, Procurement Of Spare Parts, And Management Of Contractors And Vendors
• Develop And Maintain A System For Tracking Maintenance Performance Metrics, Analyzing Data, And Reporting On Trends And Issues To Senior Management
• Provide Leadership And Direction To Maintenance Staff, Including Training, Mentoring, And Performance Management

Requirement
