Requirements

  • Minimum degree/diploma Hotel/tourism Business/Marketing/Management studies
  • Able to speak English
  • Have worked in same position for 3 years from a 5 star is a plus
  • Maximum 35 years old.
  • have a driving license (SIM A)
Job Description
  • Make plans to achieve targets set by the company
  • Map potential customers based on data analysts, to look for new opportunities
  • Understand who the right potential customers are for the product
  • Create new methods to reach customers
  • Supervise and manage the team to achieve targets, in addition to providing guidance to the sales team in optimizing sales activities that are results-oriented
  • Strategic thinker and actor who is able to conceptualize and implement marketing programs
  • Results and target oriented hard worker who is able to multitask, is highly organized, and processes a good work attitude
  • Having good communication skills ensures that sales managers can convey the right information effectively to the team and clients
  • Monitor team work results, provide constructive criticism, and determine targets that the team must achieve
  • Have social selling skills
  • Analytical skills to review sales data and financial reports
