Overview

Zen Hillside Villas is a luxury villa project in Uluwatu, featuring six villas with ocean views and modern tropical design. The first four villas will open in October 2025. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Villa Manager to oversee daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily villa operations (staff, housekeeping, maintenance)
• Ensure service excellence and outstanding guest experiences
• Manage bookings and coordinate with online travel platforms
• Liaise with owners to achieve operational and financial goals
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, expenses, and performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Villa Manager / Hotel Manager / Hospitality Supervisor
• Strong leadership and communication skills (English + Bahasa Indonesia)
• Knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and staff management
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-service orientation
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate
