Job summary

A leading logistics firm in Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end operations including warehouse management and delivery scheduling. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics within a Restaurant or F&B company, alongside a strong background in handling Non-Halal products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership skills and possess extensive knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and inventory processes.

Job description

Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations including warehouse, inventory management, and delivery/distribution.

Oversee inbound & outbound goods, stock movement, and ensure accurate documentation in the warehouse system/ERP.

Conduct and monitor regular stock counts, reconcile physical inventory with system data, and ensure minimal discrepancies.

Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch (dry goods & finished goods).

Implement and continuously improve warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and operational workflows.

Plan and organize daily delivery schedules, allocate vehicles, manage drivers, and ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance, and compliance with operational regulations.

Collaborate with Purchasing to monitor orders, incoming materials, and stock replenishment.

Analyze logistics performance and report key KPIs (stock accuracy, delivery timeliness, fulfillment rate, cost efficiency).

Lead and coach the logistics team to ensure productivity, discipline, and strong operational execution.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics Management in a Restaurant / F&B company with multiple warehouses and large SKU volume.

Strong background in F&B logistics, including handling Non-Halal products.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.

Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP, stock opname, and distribution planning.

Proven leadership skills with experience leading warehouse and logistics teams.

Strong understanding of inventory control, demand planning, and warehouse processes.

Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.
