Responsibilities

• Manage the livestream team across all brands, including upcoming brands under the Somethinc-BeautyHaul Group.
• Oversee the end-to-end livestream process, including analysis, scheduling, delegation, execution, and performance review.
• Develop and implement new strategies to improve livestream team performance.
• Plan and execute creative concepts for livestream sessions.
• Identify and stay updated on current beauty trends to apply in livestream content.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in any related field.
• Previous experience in livestreaming (both as host and in operations)
• Great communication skill and strong team player.
• Strong knowledge of the beauty industry
• Willingness to work from our office in Karang Mulya, Tangerang
