Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all facets of the litigation collection process, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of outstanding debts to evaluate their suitability for litigation.
• Draft legal documents and collaborate with legal counsel to initiate litigation proceedings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal partners to effectively implement collection strategies.
• Negotiate settlement agreements with debtors in a manner that optimizes recovery while mitigating legal risks.
• Monitor and track the progress of litigation cases, providing outcome reports to management.
• Consistently assess the efficacy of litigation strategies and make necessary adjustments to achieve improved results.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all litigation activities and maintain data integrity within case management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law with a minimum 2 years of experience in legal collections or litigation management.
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing debt recovery and litigation procedures.
• Proven experience in negotiations and mediating disputes effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess case viability and develop strategic recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
