- Manage director’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, events, and conferences.
- Manage & coordinate based on expatriate needed (daily).
- Ensure the completeness of legal documentation and any permits (especially environmental permit with government/ministry).
- Fulfill, draft, review, manage, and coordinate legal documents & related requirements to ensure full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage government relation related issues with permit & license.
- Provide legal advice to the company regarding legal matters in the factory in aspects of factory renovation engineering, production, trading and logistics, labor and employment, compliance in work safety, environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and associated fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing and government relations.
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to manufactural sectors.
- Skilled in preparing licensing documents and handling legal administrative processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skills, particularly in community and social contexts.
- Willing to be stationed at or travel periodically to mining/remote travel.
- Proficient in English, both speaking and listening.
