Job description

Design competencies, syllabus, training modules, and determine appropriate learning methods and media.

Develop the annual training plan based on the results of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Prepare and manage the training budget in line with priority scale and organizational needs.

Compile development reports as the basis for improvement and formulation of subsequent training programs.

Deliver training directly or in collaboration with external providers.

Conduct tiered evaluations to measure training effectiveness.

Ensure all training programs are implemented effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with the objectives.

Continuously enhance employee competencies through targeted training programs.

Provide data and analysis of training outcomes as the basis for improvements and HR strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development FMCG business, with proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.

Proficient in conducting TNAs, training design, and training evaluation cycles.

Skilled in developing syllabi and training modules based on competency requirements.

Capable of facilitating training effectively.

Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
