Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Lean Implementation Specialist. The role involves facilitating training, leading process improvements, and supporting the Lean strategy execution. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and preferably 1 year of experience with Lean and Kaizen events. Fluent English is a must. This position will be hired on a contractual basis.

Qualifications

• Preference for experience in Lean and Kaizen event (minimum 1 year).
• Non-smoker candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training, coaching, and assessment for plant culture change.
• Identify continuous improvement activities and organize Kaizen Events.
• Support Lean Leader in establishing Lean Maturity Implementation Score.
