Responsibilities

  • Define campaign objectives, target audience, and suitable KOL types.
  • Guide the team through scouting, outreach, negotiations, and KOL collaboration execution.
  • Evaluate KOL performance based on insights and engagement metrics.
  • Negotiate and manage KOL collaborations including contracts and timelines.
  • Work with marketing, campaign, creative, and legal teams for strategy alignment.
  • Analyze campaign KPIs and ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure content aligns with brief, brand guidelines, and platform regulations.
  • Manage influencer marketing budget efficiently.
  • Address delays, content revisions, or KOL reputation issues.
  • Compile performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

Tanggung Jawab
  • Menentukan tujuan kampanye, target audiens, platform, dan jenis KOL yang sesuai dengan brand.
  • Mengarahkan tim dalam proses scouting, outreach, negosiasi, dan eksekusi kerja sama KOL.
  • Kurasi & evaluasi KOL – Menilai performa KOL berdasarkan insight, engagement rate, audience relevance, dan brand fit.
  • Negosiasi & manajemen kerja sama KOL – Mengatur rate card, kontrak, brief konten, timeline posting, dan deliverables.
  • Koordinasi dengan tim internal – Bekerja sama dengan marketing, campaign, creative, dan legal untuk memastikan keselarasan strategi.
  • Menganalisis KPI (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) dan memastikan target tercapai.
  • Memastikan konten sesuai brief, guideline brand, dan regulasi platform.
  • Mengatur anggaran influencer marketing agar efisien dan optimal.
  • Menangani kendala seperti keterlambatan posting, revisi konten, atau isu reputasi KOL.
  • Menyusun laporan performa kampanye KOL dan rekomendasi strategi ke manajemen.
