Accountabilities

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards in Looker Studio from scratch
• Integrate data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Track and visualize key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rates, and campaign performance
• Evolve dashboards as new products, campaigns, and marketing channels launch
• Partner with the Head of Growth to define KPIs, reporting cadence, and visualization needs
• Document dashboard logic, data sources, and calculations for long-term scalability
• Perform ad hoc analyses to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, or related field
• Proficiency in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, or paid ad platforms
• Strong understanding of performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rates
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Clear communicator capable of explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work US hours
