Accountabilities
  • Supervise all support activities for operational service delivery of multiple units.
  • Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of customer equipment and systems.
  • Identify task priorities and execute technical actions accordingly.
  • Provide remote and on-site customer support, delivering 2nd and 3rd level technical assistance.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal tools and data repositories.
  • Support project acquisition and management by contributing to technical estimation and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, monitoring performance and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years service experience in the medical device industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and service requirements.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English, written and spoken (preferred).
  • Demonstrated maturity and professionalism in customer‑facing situations.
  • Good understanding of service‑related commercial terms and contracts.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability to travel as required for business needs.
