Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or KYC-related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and capital markets.
• Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Holding a WPPE license is a MUST.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation and reporting of customer data.
• Manage and maintain client KYC documentation and records.
• Process new client onboarding and account opening requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and call center.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
