Job summary

A boutique agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead KOL marketing campaigns. You will build relationships with influencers and manage campaign execution, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing. Strong project management and data analysis skills are essential. Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing KOL / influencer marketing campaigns, preferably in an agency or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent network of KOLs across different social media channels and brand industries.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, able to interpret campaign performance and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, presentation tools, and KOL management/reporting platforms.
  • A self-starter with strong ownership, agility, strategy and collaborative spirit.
What You’ll Do:
  • Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. Ensuring compliance with brief and brand guidelines.
  • Lead end-to-end KOL-related campaigns, including KOL listing, negotiation, briefing, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Support in planning, budgeting, and forecasting campaign budgets efficiently, negotiating favorable rates and ensuring cost-effectiveness for all client programs.
  • Manage influencer databases and maintain updated records of KOL performance, rates, and audience demographics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (account & creative strategy) to ensure deliverables align with campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Analyze campaign data and compile post-campaign reports with clear insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Lead, direct, and monitor a team of KOL Specialists, developing the talents and overseeing the team's campaign progresses.
