MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

The E‑Commerce Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing strategic relationships with key e‑commerce platforms to drive sales growth, optimize brand presence, and deliver commercial objectives. The KAM ensures effective negotiation of campaign slots, visibility opportunities, and co‑marketing initiatives while maintaining profitability and compliance with brand guidelines. The KAM acts as the primary liaison between internal teams and platform stakeholders, leveraging data insights to maximize ROI and enhance shopper engagement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia & Shop|Tokopedia, Lazada & others), securing campaign slots and co‑marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, including pricing, promotions, and assortment planning.
  • Negotiate platform visibility, promotional mechanics, and paid placements to maximize ROI and brand exposure.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and shopper trends; recommend actions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure stock readiness and campaign alignment.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in e‑commerce account management or sales, preferably in FMCG or retail.
  • Other qualifications: Strong negotiation skills, analytical ability, understanding of e‑commerce platform operations, proficiency in data analysis and campaign planning tools.
