Job summary

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our thriving PT Vita Shopindo team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full‑time role you will be responsible for managing and developing key strategic accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing
  • Proactively manage and develop relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and challenges
  • Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships
  • Regularly review account performance, identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring a superior level of service
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Contribute to the overall sales and business development efforts of the organisation
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university, with proven track record of success in a key account management or senior sales role, ideally managing Beauty, healthy food or Supplement categories
  • Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision‑makers
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop tailored solutions that drive customer value
  • Highly organised and self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Account & Relationship Management. We are welcoming Sales Managers especially from FMCG or Pharmaceutical Companies to apply.
