Qualifications

Minimum holds a Bachelor’s Degree from any major.

Minimum 5 years of commercial and sales experience, with at least 3 years as a manager and the ability to collaborate with key roles at the C-level.

Have a thorough understanding of the Facility Management/Financial Services/New Technology segment.

Understand and familiar with the end-to-end tender process.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analysed critically.

Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good English writing and speaking skills.

Have a sufficiency knowledge of Business Development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop potential business in the Facility Management/Services, Financial Services & New Technology.
  • Carry out research and identify the market and potential clients.
  • Establish connections with C-level of potential clients.
  • Identify and analysed potential client’s needs and pour it into an interesting business proposal.
  • Conduct negotiations with prospective clients in accordance with the sales process framework rules.
  • Work closely with related organization functions to fulfil and enhance 'end-to-end' service solutions.
