We’re Hiring - Junior Disaster Recovery Engineer

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary Range : IDR 5,700,000 – 8,500,000

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 5 years of experience who are eager to learn, contribute, and develop their technical expertise in a supportive environment. They will be expected to bring their technical background and experience and apply it to providing support to companies impacted by fires, floods. You will need to provide logistical and organization support to our operations team, as well as learn about supporting our team with technical inspections as well as undertaking decontamination and repair of a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and maintenance of internal test equipment, operational equipment.
• Assist in the development and application of the company’s HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) system.
• Support inspections and carry out decontamination and repair of machinery affected by fires and floods.
• Assist senior engineers in the execution and monitoring of engineering projects.
• Assist with preparation of technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Provide support in the implementation and management of equipment, including stock management and maintenance.

Requirements

• Min D3 ideally Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
