Job description

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management / Business Administration.

Minimum 2 years experience in product / brand management preferably from Luxury Brands, beauty brands, Lifestyle Brands, FMCG.

Independent, strong leadership, self-motivated, able to work well under pressure, team builder, fast learner and enjoy lifestyle & beauty products (perfume, cosmetics & personal care).

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, dynamic, creative & innovative but result oriented.

Understand the Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget and competition). Proficient with MS Office Excel, Internet application.
Job Responsibilities
  • Create & implement marketing plan and strategy to support the creation of brand image & brand building in the market.
  • Responsible for total brand management including brand growth, product selection, inventory management, budget management, planning of promotion activities and achieving sales targets.
  • Responsible to win market competition, evaluating and creating innovation program to increase sales of the selected brand product.
  • Monitor marketing campaign & activities for further development or innovation.
  • Follow Brand(s) and Competitors' Performances.
