Position: Account Payable & Cashier Staff
Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang
Work Setup: On-Site
Industry: Luxury Retail (Jewelry)
What You'll Do
- Review and process payment documents including PO, invoices, tax invoices, delivery orders, and BAs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Clarify unclear or suspicious financial transactions with internal teams or vendors to avoid errors.
- Schedule and manage payments to vendors, malls, and reimbursements, ensuring they are done on time and according to priority.
- Input payment transactions into the bank system (as maker) and into the company’s accounting software with accuracy.
- Conduct currency rate negotiations with money changers when needed for transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable and prepare weekly/monthly reports on AP and vendor payments.
- Archive all payment proofs and supporting documents in the company drive in an organized and categorized manner.
- Handle daily cashier operations (cash & non-cash) using the POS system, ensuring accurate sales recording.
- Perform regular cash counts to ensure physical cash aligns with system records.
- Deliver friendly and professional service to customers, and coordinate with internal teams and external parties (malls, vendors) effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and responsibility in handling financial data.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Comfortable working with both paperwork and digital systems.
- Able to communicate clearly with internal departments and external partners.
