Job Requirements

• Has 2 years experience as Project Manager
• Has experience handling project in Insurance/Banking/E-Commerce Company [MANDATORY]
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team, maintaining high levels of collaboration and performance
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience handling challenging project situations
