A technology solutions provider in Jakarta Utara is seeking an IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will manage application installation, conduct user training, and ensure adherence to service standards. Candidates should hold a degree in Computer Science with a minimum GPA of 2.9 and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Additional skills in SQL Server and interpersonal communication are advantageous. Install & configure application and associated interface
Responsible for managing onsite project timeline for the installation
Conduct training of the applications to the users
Be familiar with and adhere to the overall installation standards and procedure.
Proactively work with the software principal to ensure service level requirement are exceeded.
Participate in quality assurance of new product, new version release software when required, hence always fully equipped with product knowledge and updates at all times
Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reporting via current communication method.
Provide desktop support, including PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, operating systems, and common office applications.
Deliver daily IT service support (IT Service Desk), respond to user requests, and ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, procurement support, and lifecycle management.
Support information security activities such as system hardening, patch management, access control, and incident handling.
Other IT related duties as assigned by management

S1 Computer Major with minimum GPA of 2.9. Training will be provided.
Computer literate, and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
Proficient in English, speak, read, and write
Familiar with Windows Operation System (Server/PC) while SQL Server, Oracle and Data Communication is a plus
Analytical problem-solving skills, creative thinking abilities

Ready to travel domestic and overseas intensively
