About the position

Join our team at HITHINK TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA as IT & Solution Sales Manager. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, offering you the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment.

Job Description:

  • Customer Managing: Understand and guide customer needs, establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Sales Implementation: Assist BOD and Directors in building effective sales channels, compile quarterly market and customer information, and fulfill sales targets and related performance requirements.
  • Operations & Payment Collection: Follow up on business payments to ensure collections meet or exceed company requirements. Control sales-related expenses to ensure annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Market Management & Promotion: Responsible for marketing and sales promotion of company products and services, independently complete projects and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Bidding & Contracts: Participate in project bidding, handle contract negotiations and signing for awarded projects.
  • Reporting: Regularly report work progress to BOD & Directors, complete other tasks assigned by management.

Qualification:

  • Minimum a diploma, bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software, Sales, or other related fields.
  • Over 3 years of experience in IT & Software industry, with experience in solution sales.
  • Having sales experience in well-known enterprises is preferred.
  • Having wide customer resources network and proven experience in securing large-scale business solution PO.
  • Proficient in English & Chinese Language (Professionally).
  • Well understanding in IT & Software Product, especially in business solution.
Other Supporting Skill & Experience:
  • Sales, management, software, and system integration-related knowledge.
  • Basic legal knowledge of contract law, economic law, intellectual property law, etc.
  • Basic skills in operating systems, networking, hardware usage, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Understand the company culture and align with its core values.
  • Have foresight regarding key business process nodes.
