Knowledge Aruba/Cisco Access Point mechanism include Controller

Knowledge Cisco Switch configuration such routing & switching

Manage Office Platform system (email system, internet gateway, email gateway, active directory (radius, DHCP, print server, GPO), desktop management , Zimbra, office 365, networking (switch, access point, router), proxy, Antivirus, Linux system/Mac OS)

Manage Project, backup engineer and help manager task

Maintain and operate Office Platform for 24/7

Troubleshooting system as L2

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT operation engineers to plan and execute new projects and conduct technical transfer whenever required
• Report weekly to management, help manager task and ready to be a backup engineer
• Proactively Install, reporting, maintain and troubleshooting also diagnose server problems, email system, internet gateway, email gateway, active directory (radius, DHCP, print server, GPO), desktop management, office 365, networking (switch, access point, router), anti-spam, proxy, antivirus, Windows and MAC OS
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for team members to review, learn and retrieve relevant information effortlessly
• Produce enterprise-level designs for Active Directory, and perform implementation, enhancement, and maintenance
• Perform windows server installations and upgrade of existing server installs.
• Continuously work on optimizing existing system and explore new technical solutions to address current and future challenges
• Available on-call 24/7 to provide telephone assistance or emergency response

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in email system, internet gateway, email gateway, active directory (radius, DHCP, print server, GPO), desktop management , office 365, networking (switch, access point, router), anti-spam, proxy, Antivirus, Linux-system/Mac OS, virtual machine environment
• Have a good knowledge of IT Security and Cloud system
• Windows/Linux server administration experience is required
• Knowledge Aruba/Cisco Access Point mechanism include Controller
• Knowledge Cisco Switch configuration such routing & switching
• Knowledge F5 WAF & Load Balancer
• Knowledge Firewall Mechanism
• Good English communication skills: effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work in Sabang & BSD Area
