Avia Tour, one of Indonesia’s leading tour & travel companies, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology team and drive innovation in travel technology.

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, managing system development, and ensuring seamless integration with GDS & Airlines Reservation Systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Travelport, etc.) to support our fast-growing business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, and data security).
• Oversee GDS & airline/ticketing systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and optimize booking platforms, websites, mobile apps, and API integrations.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and handle system upgrades.
• Lead and mentor the IT team while coordinating with vendors and airline partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT Head or Manager experiences (travel, airline, or e-commerce preferred).
• Strong expertise in GDS systems and ticketing technologies.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, Online Reservation Platforms & API integrations.
• Solid knowledge and technical of Hardware, Software, Networks, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing & Data Analytics.
• Excellent at problem solving, project management, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and motivate IT teams.
