Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the IT team in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust company information systems.
• Evaluate existing IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and topologies; propose and execute targeted improvements.
• Ensure seamless, stable operation of all IT infrastructure to support daily business activities without disruption.
• Develop detailed IT project plans and monitor execution to meet timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Advise the General Manager on adopting cutting-edge IT technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Male/Female
• Bachelor\'s degree (S1) minimum, preferably in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years\' experience in IT infrastructure development and management, covering hardware, networks, and software.
• Strong knowledge of modern application development, including web/mobile apps with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server).
• Proficiency in PowerBuilder and/or ColdFusion is a strong advantage.
• Strong awareness of and ability to apply the latest IT trends and best practices.
