About the Role
We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager with a strong background in investment risk and experience in management consulting. This role will act as a strategic partner to senior management, shaping business strategy, driving critical operational initiatives, and establishing a robust risk management framework to support high-quality decision‑making.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical capability, structured thinking, and a high sensitivity to operational and financial risks.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Analysis
- Develop and evaluate short‑term and long‑term business strategies.
- Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and business model assessments.
- Build business cases for new projects, investments, and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Provide data‑driven strategic recommendations to senior management.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of critical operational projects.
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and KPI monitoring dashboards for key processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure alignment and execution.
Risk Management
- Develop and implement an enterprise‑wide risk management framework.
- Perform risk assessments for strategic initiatives and key operational projects.
- Analyze and mitigate financial, operational, market, regulatory, and reputational risks.
- Conduct risk modeling such as scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Investment & Financial Analysis
- Conduct feasibility studies and investment evaluations for internal initiatives.
- Perform ROI, IRR, NPV, and risk‑adjusted financial analyses.
- Provide informed investment recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a strategic partner to C‑level executives and functional leaders.
- Present insights, analysis, and recommendations in clear, actionable formats.
- Facilitate effective cross‑functional communication to enable fast and accurate decision‑making.
Requirements
Background & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in management consulting, investment firms, corporate strategy, or related fields.
- Strong experience in risk management, strategy development, and operational improvement.
- Prior work on strategy projects, due diligence, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Experience in consumer goods, tech‑enabled businesses, fintech, or manufacturing is a plus.

- Exceptional structured thinking, problem‑solving, and strategic analysis skills.
- Strong quantitative and financial skills (financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis).
- Deep understanding of risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end projects and collaborate across teams.
- Detail‑oriented while maintaining a strong grasp of the broader strategic context.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as FRM, CFA, or CRM are an advantage.
