Job description
About the role

In this role, your primary focus will be to deliver reliable support for the company’s commercial, investment, and executive functions. You will contribute to strengthening sales performance by taking end-to-end responsibility for managing initial buyer engagement, tracking negotiations, and creating high-quality decks and investor materials to support business growth. In addition, you will play an important role in executing project risk assessments and ensuring alignment with evolving standards and frameworks. Beyond these core functions, you will provide direct support to the executive leadership by managing critical correspondence and tracking priority action items to completion. A key part of this responsibility includes coordinating ad-hoc company-wide initiatives, ensuring that special projects and strategic programs are executed effectively across departments. You are expected to identify issues early, apply judgment to routine operational variations, and escalate exceptions when necessary to ensure smooth operations and the advancement of the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Investments
  • Prepare sales performance updates and Board materials independently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to formatting standards.
  • Manage the commercial and investor trackers, taking full responsibility for data integrity and regular updates.
  • Coordinate initial engagement with buyers, brokers, and rating agencies, serving as a reliable point of contact to support pipeline growth.
  • Draft and maintain commercial marketing materials and protocols under the guidance of the investment team.
Pipeline Support
  • Independently screen incoming pipeline assets against basic pipeline criteria (SOPs) and filter opportunities for management review.
  • Maintain the asset pipeline master inventory, ensuring all relevant records are up-to-date and organized for easy retrieval.
  • Generate monthly asset pipeline reports, ensuring end-to-end responsibility for the quality of the data presented.
  • Execute due diligence tasks for next-stage pipeline opportunities as assigned, flagging potential issues early.
Standard & Compliance Support
  • Monitor emerging frameworks and industry standards to ensure company assets and methodologies remain aligned with evolving market requirements.
  • Execute assigned components of project risk assessments, applying established criteria to identify potential compliance gaps or risks early.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on framework changes, ensuring the wider team has access to accurate information for decision-making.
Executive Support
  • Provide direct operational support to the C-Suite, including drafting correspondence, preparing briefing materials, and creating presentation decks for high-level engagements.
  • Track and follow up on priority action items from executive meetings, identifying potential delays early and ensuring accountability across relevant teams.
  • Facilitate information flow between the Executive team and external stakeholders or internal departments, ensuring professional communication and alignment with business priorities.
  • Manage logistics for key executive meetings and engagements, ensuring all necessary documentation and context are prepared in advance
Special Projects & System Implementation
  • Collaborate with leadership to design operational tools and deliver training that ensures stakeholder readiness for new business systems (e.g., KPIs, CSFs).
  • Monitor post-rollout utilization and data quality, providing hands-on guidance to department heads to maximize system value.
  • Advocate for new platforms and foster a culture of ownership and accountability among users during company-wide transitions.
  • Manage the tracking and delivery of ad-hoc special projects to ensure cross-departmental alignment and timeliness.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong educational background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in investment analysis, business operations, or management consulting in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in supporting deal execution, maintaining commercial pipelines, and providing high-level operational support to executive leadership.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and visual storytelling, with the ability to independently create professional, investor-grade pitch decks and executive briefing materials.
  • Strong capability in data analytics and with the ability to process, clean, and interpret large datasets to support commercial decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including pivots and complex formulas) to maintain asset inventories, commercial trackers, and financial models with high precision.
  • Proven drive to deliver work independently and reliably, proactively identifying issues early to meet the expectations of the Investment Manager and C-Suite.
  • Experience in Change Management or System Implementation is highly desirable; specifically the ability to train staff and monitor the adoption of new business tools/processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate ad-hoc company-wide initiatives and facilitate information flow between departments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a “zero-error” mindset, particularly when handling sensitive investor data, contracts, and executive correspondence.
  • Adaptable and results-driven mindset, capable of switching context quickly between deep analytical work and operational execution.
