We are seeking a dynamic Industrial Leasing Marketing Manager to drive leasing success for our industrial and logistics property portfolio. This role combines strategic marketing with hands‑on leasing execution to maximize occupancy and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies for industrial and logistics properties.
• Market available spaces and manage the full leasing cycle—from prospecting and negotiations to lease execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, and internal teams together with Capital Markets team.
• Conduct market research and maintain competitive intelligence on rental rates, vacancies, and industrial trends.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports to support leasing decisions and ensure performance targets are met.
• Coordinate with property, asset, and legal teams on leasing activities and documentation.
• Monitor lease expirations and renewals to optimize tenant retention and avoid vacancy risks.
