Job summary

A leading cable products company is seeking a Telesales Representative to achieve sales targets and manage telesales activities across Indonesia. Responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, coordinating with the sales support team, and building relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in B2B telesales and a good command of both English and Bahasa. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. This position offers a contractual employment status under the company's outsourcing partner.

Job description

Achieve the allocated sales target as well as organize, plan, and manage the telesales activities of cable products in the country.

Perform indoor sales tasks as per management guidelines.

Maintain and develop the assigned customer base and territory, which aim for a significant increment in active customers.

Ensure customer databases are well managed in the SAP and C4C systems.

Ensure the system is actively used in day-to-day activities.

Conduct sales by prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales in coordination with the country sales support team.

Create a quotation as requested by the customer, negotiate, and close the sale.

Manage requests for information and online presentations

Identify appropriate contacts, qualify them, and drive leads through the sales process.

Expand contacts through phone calls, meetings, or other sales activities and ensure the correct information is encoded properly into the system.

Coordinate with the customer service team on orders, returns, shipments, and products.

Provide commercial and technical collaboration with all members of the telesales team whenever required.

Understand customers business, behavior, and company structure to provide a solution through efficient technical and commercial service and support.

Create and maintain the reputation of the products and increase Company's brand awareness in the market.

Maintain and develop close relationships with customers to gain a clear understanding of their needs through on-site visits whenever required.

Create and maintain a fair, democratic, and good working environment with the indoor team members.

Maintain a cohesive and stable indoor workforce in the country.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in B2B Telesales and B2B Industrial Sales
  • Able to work independently, responsible and a team player
  • Good command of English and Bahasa
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage

Employment Status: Contractual based under Company's outsourcing partner (6 month)
