Your Profile

We are seeking candidates who combine strong linguistic expertise with analytical skills. The ideal profile includes:

• Academic background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Communication, or a related field (students currently enrolled are also encouraged to apply). Applicants from other professional backgrounds with demonstrated writing and editing skills are welcome.
• Language mastery: Exceptional command of written Indonesian, with excellent grammar, syntax, and stylistic versatility.
• AI/LLM expertise: Prior experience in AI training or working with large language models will be considered a significant advantage in the selection process.
• English proficiency: B2–C1 level for effective team collaboration.
