HR Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute localized human resources strategies aligned with MINISO Indonesia's business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives closely support core business needs such as store expansion and team building.

Recruitment & Talent Pipeline: Lead end-to-end recruitment across all channels for the Indonesian market. Manage talent sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, and hiring decisions for key positions (e.g., Store Management, Operations, Supply Chain). Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline to meet the rapid talent demands of business expansion.

Employee Relations Management: Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including employment contract management, payroll & benefits administration, and establishing employee communication frameworks. Resolve labor disputes effectively, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and local regulations, thereby enhancing employee satisfaction and belonging.

Training & Development: Design and implement a localized training system covering new employee onboarding, management capability enhancement, and store staff skill development. Track training effectiveness to foster the growth of both employees and the organization.

Organizational Culture Building: Promote MINISO's brand philosophy of "Simplicity, Nature, Good Quality" while integrating local Indonesian cultural elements. Plan and execute employee activities (e.g., festival celebrations, team-building events, employee recognition programs) to shape a positive and proactive organizational culture.

Data & Reporting Management: Regularly collect and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover rate, time-to-fill, training coverage). Generate HR reports to provide data-driven support for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above. A major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 2 years in an overseas (Southeast Asia preferred) or multinational corporate setting. Experience in the retail or FMCG industry will be a significant advantage.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Indonesian (native or bilingual level) and fluency in English (both written and spoken) for effective cross-departmental and international collaboration. Knowledge of Chinese will be a strong plus.

Professional Skills: In-depth knowledge of local Indonesian labor laws, social security policies, and tax regulations; ability to independently manage the entire employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and social security contributions. Proven hands-on experience in recruitment; skilled in using platforms like LinkedIn and local job portals to source talent; demonstrated ability to efficiently recruit for mid-to-senior level positions. Practical ability in handling employee relations, building training systems, and designing compensation & benefits structures; capable of managing complex HR scenarios.

Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility and resilience, with the ability to thrive in MINISO's fast-paced business environment. Excellent cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with both the local Indonesian team and the headquarters team in China. Logical and analytical thinking, adept at problem-solving and proposing solutions; possesses strategic mindset.
