Responsibilities
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or Supervisor.
  • Strong background in hospitality operations, especially F&B – this is a must.
  • Ensure that all HR processes run smoothly and efficiently, in line with company policies.
  • Support the HR team in managing workforce and achieving organizational goals.
  • Help create a conducive and productive work environment for employees.
  • Handle employee development initiatives: planning training sessions, seminars, and onboarding programs.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, excellent problem-solving, decisive decision-making, and great communication & interpersonal skills.
