Overview

By joining us, you'll be part of an excellent team of agile and fast-growing Interior Design and Furnishing Company. Your role as a HRGA Staff is to assist the Director in coordinating and arranging human resource activities effectively, as well as performing office general affairs and project-related legal documents, to help achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct administrative HR duties such as registering BPJS for new employees, processing BPJS and PPh21 payments, issuing reference letters, issuing employee warning notices, monitoring attendance, creating, updating and maintaining employee-related documents and contracts, and other HR obligations.
  • Assist the Director with government-related interior project legal documents.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with relevant government institutions (e.g., Disnaker, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan).
  • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process (creating advertisements, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews).
  • Manage and implement employee entry, resignation, regulatory adherence, and salary adjustments.
  • Coordinate and arrange business meetings, conferences, and travel (ticketing, accommodation, transportation) to ensure they are well organized and on time.
  • Manage, provide, and maintain the office space, supplies, and assets to ensure everything is well maintained and operational.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis when needed.
  • Develop and update Job Descriptions, Company Regulations, and Company SOPs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law is preferable.
  • Experience in leading informal organizations is an advantage.
  • Updated with Indonesian Labor Law and Omnibus Law.
  • Minimum of one year in the same position.
  • Basic experience in Human Resources and General Affairs activities, including HR administration, recruitment, payroll, tax, and BPJS.
  • Proactive, Agile, self-disciplined, and self-motivated.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong multitasking, administration, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
